Each visitor must have an approved Inmate Visitation Application on file. Minors require additional documentation, see below.
Are there special requests for minors?
Yes, The Inmate Visitation Application form must be completed and notarized for anyone under the age of 18. Minor applicants must have a notarized copy of their birth certificate sent in with the notarized Inmate Visitation Application.
If the child is visiting with a family member other than the guardian, the guardian must give written notarized consent. The letter must include the family member the child is visiting with, offenders name and I.D. number as well as the child that will be visiting. The family member must also be an approved visitor.
All visitors 16 and under will have a background check done.
